I recently stayed at Villas El Alto for a week-long vacation. The apartment was basic but had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice shower with hot water. The location on the ground floor was convenient and peaceful. The wifi was excellent, and there was free private parking. The check-in and check-out process was smooth thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The beautiful garden and pool area were a great place to relax. Fontanales, a charming village, was just a short walk away, and it served as a perfect base for hiking and exploring the mountains.
I do recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Villas El Alto in Moya. The cozy apartments offered stunning views over the hills and were fully equipped with everything we needed. The location in the mountain village provided a peaceful atmosphere, but with a rental car, it was easy to explore the rest of the island. The friendly staff and beautiful communal garden and pool added to the welcoming feel of the place. We highly recommend Villas El Alto for hiking, families, and nature enthusiasts.

I got great value for my money at Villas El Alto! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the central-northern side of Gran Canaria, with beautiful natural surroundings and charming hiking trails. The staff, especially Miguel and Adelaida, were friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The location of the property was convenient, being near the center of the village. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice shower with hot water. The village of Fontanales was peaceful and pretty, with great opportunities for hiking and biking. There were also two good restaurants open during our stay.
The apartment was quite humid and cold, although there was heating available for limited hours. The internet connection was unstable, making it difficult for us to work.
